How is my jewellery eco?

This means unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. Stainless steel jewellery and 925 sterling silver both tend to be extremely hypoallergenic.
How will it last?
Stainless steel gold plated jewellery is more tarnish resistant that 14K gold gold plate and amalgamate jewellery. Earrings tend to be the most tarnish resistant as they are subject to less wear - please see below to see how to extend the life of your jewellery.
How should I look after it?
If you want your eco jewellery to last, buff with a soft cloth after wear and remove and place back in its pouch. Although tarnish resistant, if you wear the items in the shower, bath, sea or swimming pools they will naturally succumb to affects of chemicals and dull from soap and salt. So always remove your jewellery before those activities. All jewellery will eventually fade subject to sweat, dirt, perfume, body lotions etc.
How is my eco jewellery delivered?
All items are sent automatically by via Tracked 48 hours parcel post. It has a tracked postage label, and is beautifully wrapped in a soft care pouch.
What are the delivery options?
We currently deliver for free in the UK via Tracked 48 hours parcel post.
If you would like next day Special Delivery for 1pm Guaranteed Next day Delviery, you need to order by XX and select that option. Please make sure the item you have selected is in stock.
International Deliveries to Europe cost £ and XXX per extra item.
International Deliveries Worldwide (outside Europe) cost £ XXX per extra item.
What if it is faulty?
Please contact us with a description and image of the fault and your order number (on your order email receipt) we will try and replace it for you and send it out for free, if within 8 weeks of receipt. Alternatively we will arrange a refund for you if we cannot. Any items developing faults after that time frame cannot be refunded or replaced but a credit note will be issued. The credit note will be for 12 months from date or original purchase.
What if I need to return it?
Contact us on customerservice@fashion-conscience.com and we will arrange the return with you and send you any necessary links. If you are returning the item as unwanted, you have 28 days from purchase date to arrange the return for a full refund, otherwise a credit will be issued. The credit note is valid for 12 months from date of original purchase.
Do you stock the same items in your physical store?
Not usually - we tend to keep online exclusives and store designs and stock separate to prevent selling from our store and understocking our online boutique. You are very welcome to visit our physical store if you wish to see and purchase alternative designs - but they cannot be deliviered.
